About the Role:
This position involves administering medications, monitoring patients for side effects, prescribing assistive medical devices, recording vital signs, ordering diagnostic tests, and documenting symptoms. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to assess, implement, plan, and evaluate patient nursing care plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for modifying treatment plans based on patient conditions and responses.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care settings. You must hold a current Massachusetts RN license and Basic Life Support certification. COVID-19 vaccination is also mandatory, with two shots and a booster required.
