The Hospice Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in the planning, coordination, provision, and documentation of patient care from admission to discharge. By following physicians' orders and leveraging professional expertise, the Hospice RN formulates and executes a tailored care plan that addresses each patient's unique needs while adhering to the standards set by accrediting organizations, as well as federal and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
  • Current registered nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan.
  • A minimum of two years of nursing experience in a hospice or oncology setting is highly preferred.
  • Possession of a valid Michigan driver's license and/or reliable transportation.
