Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate STNA to join our team as a PRN Shifts caregiver. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing end-of-life care to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, hospitals, and other settings
- Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Respond to urgent physical or psychosocial needs through our Even More Care program
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their loved ones
- Collaborate with our team to ensure the highest quality experience for our patients
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test certification
- Active STNA certification
- 1 year of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide
- Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with patients and families
- Ability to learn computer skills related to clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance
