As an Office Manager, you will play a vital role in upholding this commitment, working closely with customers and technicians to review daily work orders. This position requires a self-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individual who is driven to provide the highest level of service.


Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Learn about jobs and services, and accurately price them over the phone.
  • Accurately enter customer and job data, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service professionals, resolving any scheduling delays or issues.
  • Upsell additional services to customers, enhancing their overall experience with Window Genie.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a home service provider is preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum two years of administrative experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Professional appearance and personality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:
Benefits package varies by location. We are actively interviewing for this position and our hiring manager will follow up. $18 to $20 per hour - 40 hour week. 401K with partial Company Match. Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off after 1 Year on the job.
