About the Position

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring returned product is processed per customer needs, tracking and tracing loads, entering shipment status notes, and other assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process returns in a timely and accurate manner
  • Inspect returned product according to quality standards
  • Handle incoming communications from customers and site leadership
  • Address customer concerns regarding return-related issues
  • Work closely with warehouse associates, Quality and Inventory teams to ensure returned product is handled properly
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in logistics is preferred, but not required
  • Strong PC skills and experience with all Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communications with proven ability to follow up on issues
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing business environment

Travel Requirements

This position is expected to travel approximately 5% or less.
