Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team in the Women's and Newborns Care department at Community Medical Center. This is a full-time, day shift position that requires strong leadership and clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and expertise in clinical care standards and expectations
  • Develop and implement competency-based orientation and continuing education programs
  • Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate learning activities to enhance the knowledge base and skill levels of clinical care providers
  • Maintain clinical expertise through hands-on demonstrations of skills and competencies
  • Establish and maintain effective communications and rapport with Medical Staff members
  • Participate in continuing education and required certifications
  • Assist with quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • RN Licensed to practice in the State of Montana
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to obtain BLS for Healthcare Provider within 3 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Education
  • Experience in an outpatient surgery clinic or setting
