We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of skilled home healthcare providers. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our patients in their homes.

Job Summary

The LPN is responsible for providing skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN). They perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventative nursing care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Work under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventative nursing care
Requirements
  • Current State LPN or LVN License
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
  • One (1) year of nursing experience, preferably in community/home health or medical/surgical
  • Valid BLS certification
  • Complies with accepted professional standards and practice
  • Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills
  • Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order and insured per the organization's requirements
