- Assist with procedures, room setup, and equipment maintenance, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Perform clerical functions related to patient care, including scheduling, data entry, and order interpretation.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, often stressful environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, as well as principles of aseptic and sterile technique.
- Basic computer skills, including keyboarding, email, and web-based applications.
- Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions, with a commitment to service and quality.
