We are excited to offer an attractive salary range of $50,000-$65,000 per annum for this role.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-oriented professional to make a real difference in the lives of our members. As a Health Insurance Advocate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and support to our members, while working collaboratively with our Medical Management Department.
Your primary responsibilities will include responding to member inquiries, educating them about our services, and directing them to relevant resources. You will also work closely with providers to resolve eligibility, benefit, and claims issues.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone calls
- Direct members to relevant resources and educate them about our services
- Collaborate with providers to resolve eligibility, benefit, and claims issues
- Work closely with the Medical Management Department to authorize services and resolve claims issues
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of experience preferred
- Ability to speak Spanish a plus
- Candidates must reside in Indiana
