Key Responsibilities

  • Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with our physicians and staff to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct health risk assessments and develop strategies to promote healthy behaviors and prevent disease.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in primary care.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (MS, PA-C) in Physician Assistant Studies.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Family Practice/Primary Care environment.
  • Certification as a Physician Assistant (preferred).
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations (preferred).
  • Licensed as a Physician Assistant in the state of practice.
  • Appropriate certification to write prescriptions under the authority of the Medical Leader, if allowed within state of practice.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
  • Training skills a plus. Demonstrated problem-solving and workflow management skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records.
