Key Responsibilities- Enter information onto standard forms, such as payroll and production records, authorizations, and certifications.
- Maintain files, written documents, and financial records.
- Compile summaries and reports.
- Enter data into a personal computer.
- Prepare and maintain written communications, such as memos, reports, and related tables, listings, and charts.
- Prepare and maintain alphabetical and numerical files.
- Search files, records, and references for information.
- Prepare written documents, certifications, authorizations, and forms.
- Obtain and provide information by telephone, correspondence, or in person.
- Provide routine and complex information in English or Spanish to individuals.
- May supervise, guide, or train subordinates in the performance of their duties.
- May compute interest, taxes, and price extensions.
- High School diploma or Equivalent.
- Associate's degree in business management, secretarial science, office technology, or closely related field, AND one (1) year of full-time clerical experience (or its part-time equivalent); OR
- Three (3) years of full-time clerical experience (or its part-time equivalent).
