Job Summary:

As a CT Technologist at SSM Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can grow and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares and positions patients for CT scans, ensuring accurate and safe procedures.
• Selects and operates CT scanners, adjusting settings as needed to achieve optimal image quality.
• Administers contrast media and medications, adhering to established protocols and regulations.
• Monitors patient comfort and safety during procedures, reporting any concerns or abnormalities.
• Collaborates with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Requirements:

• Completion of a Radiology certification program or registration in Radiology.
• Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• ARRT-R Radiography, ARRT-CT Computed Tomography, or equivalent certifications from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Licensed Radiographer in the state of Wisconsin or ability to obtain licensure.
