About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Life Insurance Consultant to join our team at The Metzen Agency, part of Symmetry Financial Group.

As a Life Insurance Consultant, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and fostering relationships with clients to identify their life and health insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue new business opportunities through targeted lead generation and outreach efforts.
  • Analyze client data to provide personalized recommendations for life and health insurance solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth of business.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress towards goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, coaching, or teaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and software.

What We Offer:
