About the Job

We offer a unique opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to work on a full-time basis, providing comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in their homes. As a member of our team, you will have the flexibility to build your own schedule and mile radius, with support available anytime you need it.

The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university and be recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated). A current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
  • Document findings on standardized evaluation forms timely, accurately, and adhering to all guidelines.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
  • Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as indicated.
