The Occupational Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy is a highly skilled professional responsible for creating innovative treatment plans to aid patients' recovery and improve functional independence.
This includes assessing patients, devising creative yet effective treatment strategies, and collaborating with a supportive team to enhance patient outcomes. With a strong focus on Hand Therapy, the ideal candidate will utilize their expertise to maximize patient recovery and promote overall well-being.
As a key member of our team, you will be expected to operate in a high-energy, positive-thinking environment, providing patients with encouragement and support to achieve their goals.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and recording patient care data that meets regulatory agency and third-party payer guidelines.
- Conducting initial evaluations, daily notes, reassessments/progress reports, discharge plans, and communicating with team members.
- Selecting and administering tests and measures, synthesizing evaluation results to formulate diagnoses, goals, prognosis, and plans of care.
- Establishing treatment plans based on evaluation results, goals, and best practices, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and their support systems.

- An estimated annual salary of $83,000 - $113,000 based on experience and location.
