Job OverviewFiretrol Protection Systems is a reputable company specializing in fire protection and life safety services. We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Service Technician to install, test, and service fire alarm systems to ensure they meet all safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fire alarm systems
  • Conduct inspections and testing of fire alarm systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
  • Collaborate with colleagues and follow safety protocols

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fire Alarm Service Technician
  • Valid state-issued fire alarm technician license or certification
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and their components
  • Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of fire alarm systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
