Job Summary

The Senior Rehab Liaison plays a vital role in the marketing team, leveraging clinical expertise and leadership skills to drive sales, marketing, and census development initiatives in the field.

This position is responsible for developing and executing targeted goals outlined in the business plan, with a focus on face-to-face interactions and census growth.

Key responsibilities include assisting with the coordination of referral-to-admission processes, representing the company in community-related activities, and supporting the Business Development Director with training, coaching, and management tasks.

As a senior member of the marketing team, the Senior Rehab Liaison will contribute to the development of strategic plans, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
