Compensation: $115-130K

Role Summary: We are in search of a committed Program Manager to direct and oversee the utilization of company resources for the successful execution of various programs and projects. This position entails managing small to mid-sized initiatives, ensuring compliance with scope, quality, timeline, and budgetary constraints, while fostering effective relationships with clients and suppliers. The Program Manager will handle both established and emerging business projects, with guidance and mentorship from senior leadership.

Key Duties:

  • Act as the main liaison for clients regarding all program-related inquiries, excluding contractual matters.
  • Formulate, execute, and oversee program strategies, encompassing task specifications, timelines, financial plans, and risk assessments.
  • Regularly evaluate program progress, compare outcomes to established plans, and make necessary adjustments to achieve targeted results.
  • Assist in and report on Quarterly Program Reviews (QPR), addressing financial, customer, technical, scheduling, resource, quality, and risk considerations.
  • Foster robust relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring that expectations are met and communication remains clear.
  • Engage in negotiations with Engineering Managers and other executives to guarantee timely allocation and reallocation of personnel resources.
  • Establish and maintain program documentation and effective communication pathways among team members and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in program management for small to mid-sized initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to create and manage comprehensive program plans and financial forecasts.
  • Experience in risk management and client relationship management.
  • Must possess experience in the aviation or aerospace industry.
