Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Trainer to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs to technology project managers, as well as documenting procedures and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update job aids, templates, forms, flow diagrams, and presentation decks on technology project management and methodologies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to technology project managers, focusing on best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Consult with CoE members and subject matter experts to develop content for documentation and training programs.
  • Coordinate with CoE management and stakeholders to obtain approval of procedures and training.
  • Plan, execute, and track progress of training initiatives, evaluating their effectiveness and coaching interventions.
  • Partner with program managers and business leaders to identify training needs and develop solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage working relationships with key stakeholders, including executive management, business management, vendors, project sponsors, suppliers, and technology management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in technology project management.
  • Experience in creating written documentation, including job aids, templates, forms, flow diagrams, and presentation decks.
  • Strong experience creating and delivering training programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating.
  • Ability to multitask, pivot quickly, plan in a rapidly changing environment, and provide guidance for changes as required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify and briefly communicate complex issues to multiple audiences.
  • Exceptional knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management principles and practices.
  • Flexible mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of overall IT experience, with emphasis on technology project management.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience creating procedure documentation, such as job aids, templates, forms, flow diagrams, and presentation decks.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience creating and delivering training programs.
  • Proficient in written communication tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • Proficient in real-time delivery of training programs.
  • Experience in creating recordings of training programs that can be used on demand by the target audience.
  • PMP Certification through PMI or Qualified under Customer Qualification Standards for IT Project Managers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Customer's Commonwealth Technology Portfolio (CTP) system and process.
