Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services.
  • Inspect and diagnose vehicle problems, and recommend repairs as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide solutions.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in automotive technology or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive service and repair, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
