Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership and mentoring skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, training and mentoring junior technicians, and driving a culture of efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training and education.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of technical training programs and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
