Job Title:

Incident & Problem Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Incident & Problem Consultant to join our Service Operations team. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems related to critical services and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve incidents and problems related to critical services and infrastructure
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including partners and management
  • Drive post-incident activities, including root cause analysis and remediation
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent recurring incidents and problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
  • Experience in major incident response and triaging problems related to critical services and infrastructure
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Knowledge of incident and problem management KPIs, metrics, and tooling
  • Proactive and curious, with a focus on preventing recurring incidents and problems
Preferred Experience:
  • ITIL certification or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in the Finance product space, such as Digital Payment services
  • Experience with ticket tracking via ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy or similar tooling
  • Data analysis and visualization using Excel, Numbers, Tableau or similar tooling
  • Splunk log query syntax and optimization
