Incident & Problem Consultant
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Incident & Problem Consultant to join our Service Operations team. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems related to critical services and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve incidents and problems related to critical services and infrastructure
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including partners and management
- Drive post-incident activities, including root cause analysis and remediation
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent recurring incidents and problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Experience in major incident response and triaging problems related to critical services and infrastructure
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Knowledge of incident and problem management KPIs, metrics, and tooling
- Proactive and curious, with a focus on preventing recurring incidents and problems
- ITIL certification or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the Finance product space, such as Digital Payment services
- Experience with ticket tracking via ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy or similar tooling
- Data analysis and visualization using Excel, Numbers, Tableau or similar tooling
- Splunk log query syntax and optimization
