Job Summary

The Hampton Inn Windsor is seeking a Night Auditor to provide exceptional service to our guests during overnight hours. As the face of the hotel, you will be responsible for greeting guests, handling cash and credit transactions, and providing information about hotel services and amenities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, obtaining and storing pertinent information.
  • Handle cash, credit card information, and goods at the property.
  • Identify guest needs and provide relevant information to create a welcoming environment.
  • Take reservations, update and cancel reservations as requested by guests.
  • Organize previous shifts' paperwork, close and balance room accounts, and investigate out-of-balance situations.
  • Prepare guest folios for express check-out.

Requirements
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Hilton experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Computer knowledge, including intranet, property management systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history.
  • Typical schedule: overnights, 11 PM-7 AM, with weekend availability required.
