  • Customer Satisfaction: Act as a liaison between sales leadership and logistics teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Logistics Management: Strategically oversee fleet management, dedicated delivery processes, and supply chain management.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Respond to escalating internal and external customer issues, determine root cause, and implement corrective measures.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation management, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Class A, CDL certified, Forklift Certification.
