Tax Senior Specialist

Elite Sourcing LLC is seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior to provide tax compliance and advisory services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong tax background and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
- Review and compile financial statements for clients.
- Research and interpret tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary tax information and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.
- Identify and recommend tax-saving opportunities for clients.
- Mentor and supervise junior tax professionals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Experience in reviewing and compiling financial statements.
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
