Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
- Present financial solutions that meet customer goals and objectives
- Partner with local businesses to identify and develop new customers
- Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to manage the loan life cycle
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience
- Preferred: Bilingual - Spanish
