Principal Security Architect

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Principal Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure architectures, ensuring compliance with corporate security policies and procedures, and providing technical advice and direction to support the design and development of secure architectures.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement secure architectures, including network and computer security systems, applications, environments, and architectures.
- Oversee the implementation of security systems, applications, environments, and architectures, ensuring compliance with information security standards and corporate security policies and procedures.
- Provide technical advice and direction to support the design and development of secure architectures.
- Participate in incident management teams, responding to security events in line with Oracle incident response playbooks, and investigate purported intrusions and breaches.
- Evaluate existing and proposed technical architectures for security risk, providing technical advice to support the design and development of secure architectures, and recommending security controls to mitigate those risks.
- Research, evaluate, track, and manage information security threats and vulnerabilities, requiring in-depth analysis of ambiguous information and computer programming/scripting knowledge.
- Work with senior management to develop and implement a multi-year security roadmap.
- Focus on operational and strategic level tasks, providing counsel and guidance to junior level security operations engineers in the department.
