Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Health Technician to join our team in Northeast Philadelphia. As a Behavior Health Technician, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents in the school setting, implementing behavioral health interventions as documented in the treatment plan. You will also train school staff to implement these interventions and collaborate with the child's family and other team members as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavioral health interventions with children and adolescents in the school setting
  • Train school staff to implement interventions as documented in the treatment plan
  • Collaborate with the child's family and other team members as needed
  • Collect data on identified behaviors to support progress with treatment
  • Document services provided in the agency Electronic Medical Record
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma and have completed the RBT task list training, or have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the provision of behavioral health and completed the RBT task list training. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
