Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide direct care to patients, including pregnant and parenting women and their children. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living skills, observing patient behaviors, and providing support to patients in achieving their treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living skills, including meal preparation and household chores
  • Observe and redirect patient behaviors, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff through verbal and written interactions
  • Complete required documentation accurately and efficiently, in accordance with our policies and guidelines
  • Participate in group activities, such as community meetings and recreational groups
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year of related experience preferred
  • CPR Certified; Valid current driver's license required with a good driving history
