Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Support administrative functions of centralized childcare/membership operations
  • Answer incoming calls, resolve customer complaints, and create cases in Salesforce as needed
  • Route calls to appropriate resources and respond to website inquiries
  • Collect payments and update account information for childcare parents and Y-members
  • Complete paperwork, including end-of-shift reports and production records

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age requirement, 18 years
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • 0-1 years of directly related experience
  • Strong time management and discretion skills
  • Ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Computer experience, including web-based software, Microsoft Excel, and Word

Work Schedule:

The call center operates Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM. This part-time position may require early morning, evening, and weekend responsibilities.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Climbing, sitting, standing, pushing, walking, kneeling, and stooping
  • Prolonged telephone/computer usage
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
