Core Responsibilities:

  1. Support in Product Development:
    • Assist in creating new skincare products, encompassing concept development, formulation, and production.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth execution from product development to launch.
  2. Market Trend Analysis:
    • Remain informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive analysis.
    • Leverage insights to guide product development and marketing initiatives.
  3. Coordination with Manufacturers:
    • Collaborate with manufacturers to oversee sample testing and ensure product quality and compliance.
    • Manage communication and documentation related to production processes and sample approvals.
  4. Project Management:
    • Assist in planning and executing product launches, including timelines, budgets, and marketing materials.
    • Monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise during the development process.
  5. Marketing and Promotion:
    • Support the formulation of marketing strategies and promotional materials for new and existing products.
    • Work with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Examine sales data, market research, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Cosmetology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in skincare products, with a strong interest in cosmetics.
  • Proven experience in product development and production support.
  • Familiarity with current skincare and cosmetics trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with manufacturers and manage sample testing processes.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with project management tools.
