About the Role:
As a Beauty Coach, you will be responsible for representing the Clarins brand and driving business growth through customer acquisition and retention. You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain merchandising standards, and follow all store policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a delightful and memorable experience for each guest.
- Work towards achieving store goals by providing excellent customer service, maintaining merchandising standards, and following all store policies and procedures.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and guest service skills.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, and brand-obsessed.
- Comfortable demonstrating products on customers.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Confident, positive, and self-motivated.
