Position Overview:
KEMET Electronics Corporation is seeking a Field Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Field Application Engineer, you will work closely with our sales team to engage with a diverse clientele at the forefront of technological advancements.
The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant personality, a keen interest in emerging technologies, and a strong desire to work alongside industry leaders. This position involves travel within designated territories to support customer interactions and technical discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in applications ranging from digital processing to high-power systems across various sectors including Computing, Industrial, Defense, Medical, and Consumer Electronics.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of KEMET's product offerings and their applications to assist customers in their product development efforts.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers, product managers, and manufacturing teams to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
- Gather and analyze customer data to inform product development strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Deliver technical training on new products and technologies to customers and sales personnel.
- Provide insights to marketing and engineering teams regarding market trends and competitive analysis.

Qualifications:
