Position Overview:

PM KIDZ is on the lookout for dedicated and talented speech therapists to enhance our growing Speech Therapy Department. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication challenges.
  • Create tailored treatment strategies informed by assessment findings and individual patient requirements.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods and interventions to enhance communication abilities.
  • Conduct individual or group therapy sessions based on patient needs.
  • Track and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, including physicians, psychologists, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Engage and educate family members in the therapeutic process, offering them support and resources.

Qualifications:
  • Current licensure or certification as a speech therapist.
  • Proven experience in assessment, treatment planning, and therapy delivery.
  • In-depth understanding of various speech and language disorders and applicable treatment methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with patients and their families.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying informed on the latest research.
