Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategy Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving insights through research and analytics to support the execution of our year-round business strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong background in research, analytics, or strategy, and experience with Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud, SQL, and Python.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify business development opportunities and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Manage analytic measurement and research for business development opportunities, with a focus on corporate partnerships
  • Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations for corporate partners
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track business performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree (MBA) preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in research, analytics, or strategy
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud, SQL, and Python
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and relationship-building
