Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the service and parts departments
  • Drive business growth to achieve set objectives
  • Manage profit and loss for the parts and service divisions
  • Maintain oversight of parts inventory
  • Foster a positive atmosphere for both customers and employees
  • Review and approve work orders, invoices, and customer quotes
  • Ensure the upkeep of service vehicles and facilities

  • Maintain consistent attendance, including occasional Saturdays

Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong mechanical understanding
  • Excellent negotiation, sales, and customer service abilities

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proficient in computer applications including word processing and spreadsheets
  • Intermediate language skills for reading and interpreting technical documents
  • Intermediate mathematical skills for calculations and basic algebra
  • High reasoning ability to solve practical problems
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to sit; frequently required to stand, walk, and climb
  • Occasionally required to use hands for various tasks
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Work environment may include exposure to mechanical parts and various weather conditions
