In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Aon Climate leadership team and various colleagues to facilitate client engagement focused on climate-related initiatives within the financial institutions sector. Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Establishing and leading cross-functional teams to cultivate and maintain strategic client relationships.
  • Engaging clients in partnership with Aon's network, overseeing the entire process from initial outreach to project delivery.
  • Ensuring ongoing client engagement throughout the execution of strategic collaborations.
  • Enhancing team effectiveness by adapting to evolving client requirements and business dynamics.
  • Developing pipelines in cooperation with growth operations and providing updates for regular reporting.
  • Identifying opportunities for Aon to enhance its climate solutions portfolio through innovation and partnerships.
  • Collaborating with diverse teams globally across various regions and service lines.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in green finance, staying informed on industry trends and developments.
