Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented Hardware Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge IoT products.
As a Hardware Engineer at Verkada, you will be responsible for designing, debugging, and validating our hardware products, working closely with experienced engineers to drive innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities- Design and develop new hardware products, including cameras, access control systems, sensors, and other IoT devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and testing of hardware products.
- Develop and execute experiments to test new circuit concepts and validate product performance.
- Work with manufacturing partners to drive efficiency improvements and ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Available for a Winter Co-Op, starting around January 6th, preferably for an extended term (4-12 months).
- Experience with electronic test equipment, schematic design, and board-level validation.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to be hands-on.

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate, with an estimated range of $45-$45 USD. Base pay is just one component of our total rewards package, which may include sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
