At Lifeway Mobility Holdings LLC, we are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing accessibility products, including wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and elevators, to enable individuals with mobility impairments to live independently in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair accessibility products in residential settings
- Demonstrate and explain products to customers
- Enter work order and inventory data into the company system
- Participate in manufacturer training and on-the-job training
- Work independently or as part of a team
Requirements:
- At least two years' experience in residential or commercial installation of mechanical/electrical equipment, residential remodeling, or construction
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background screen
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
- Ability to lift above head and maintain position for short periods
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments year-round
