Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and other Oracle EBS development tools to enhance functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle EBS with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.
- Stay updated on Oracle EBS product releases, patches, and enhancements, and assess their impact on existing implementations.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and budgets.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in cost-benefit analyses to assess project ROI.
- Interact with business and technical resources to track project progress, identify risks, communicate risks and status, and assess potential impacts to the business.
- Develop solutions that enable global consistency and standardization and facilitate exceptional performance.
- Manage requirement changes and develop use cases as a key communication tool between the Business and Technical teams.
- Document current and future state assessments, create and maintain functional models, process flows, and wireframe diagrams.
- Develop technical report specifications based on functional business requirements and perform report support and development.
- Develop test plans in conjunction with technical specifications and business requirements, assist in the Quality Assurance process and training, and submit approved changes to production.
- Ensure reporting development standards required for best practices and future upgrades are adhered to and properly documented.
- Provide timely support and updates on assigned Service Issues, Requests, goals, and objectives.
- Build and maintain effective and cohesive relationships with all internal and external customers to include timely and professional responses in all forms of communication.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and present strategic initiatives for growth and improvements.
- Consistently and effectively communicate issues, status, and work priorities within the IT Organization.
- Work with IT Leadership to provide the best coverage for all locations.
- Monitor and improve resource effectiveness and efficiency to optimize the department's processes and services to the organization.
- Contribute to the organization's success on a tangible level by meeting personal, team, and company goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science, Business, or related discipline preferred.
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline a plus.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Oracle EBS O2C, SCM, WMS, and Oracle Financials technical development.
- Minimum of 5 years working with Application Development, Change Management, Version Control, and Configuration Management.
- Must have implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle EBS R12.2.x suite of applications.
- Experience in troubleshooting issues and providing resolution to end users.
- Skills: Technical and Functional in Oracle EBS O2C, SCM, WMS, and Oracle Financials.
- Strong in SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Web ADI, Oracle Workflow.
- Functional and Technical knowledge of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence is a plus.
- Proficient use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
