Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain medical records efficiently.
  • Process patient referrals with accuracy.
  • Update and verify prescriptions as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer support both in-person and via phone.
  • Welcome and check in patients upon arrival.
  • Coordinate new patient intake processes.
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Facilitate schedule adjustments as required.
  • Verify insurance benefits with various carriers.
  • Discuss insurance coverage and financial responsibilities with caregivers of new patients.
  • Understand and educate families about available funding options.
  • Assist families in applying for these funding opportunities.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday.

Education

A High School Diploma or GED is required.
