Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team at Corteva Agriscience. As a Production Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform production activities such as seasonal preparation, seed sampling, truck unloading, conditioning, treating, packaging, rework, product return, and other processes.
  • Use automation and computerized systems to perform work tasks.
  • Complete warehousing activities including forklift operation, collecting samples, pooling, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • At least one year of education and/or experience in operations, manufacturing, agriculture, or warehousing.
  • Proactive work ethic and good time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and maintain an organized workplace.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and complete work that involves repetitive motion and/or repetitive lifting.
  • Ability to work shiftwork and overtime hours, including occasional weekend work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles such as 5S, Continuous Improvement, and Standardized Work.
  • Forklift operation experience.
