About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Existing Patient Consultant to join our team at Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine. As a central point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support existing patients as they navigate through treatment at CCRM Fertility by answering incoming phone calls and addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Communicate information regarding CCRM's physicians, services, and successes to patients.
  • Obtain necessary information from patients, including referral source, reason for appointment, demographic information, and insurance information.
  • Work in our EMR system to ensure all patient data is promptly inputted and remains up-to-date.
  • Communicate with physicians, clinical/front office staff, and other departments as needed to address patient questions and concerns.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year experience in large volume inbound call center preferred.
  • 1+ year experience in healthcare field preferred.

Working Conditions

This role operates in a professional office setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will interact with others, sit/stand at a desk, work on a computer, and spend prolonged periods preparing and analyzing data and figures.
