About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned procurement professional to join our Category Management team at Google. As a Category Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing category strategies that drive value for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of category strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality service delivery and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Analyze spending patterns, market trends, and identify value opportunities within the category
  • Support the execution of sourcing strategies, RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier evaluations within designated categories
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 7 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement, leading strategy development, execution, and sourcing or a related function
  • Proven ability to analyze procurement data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and performance evaluation within the category
