- Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive support services, including health education, parenting skills, and access to community resources.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of our services and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or an Associates degree in Nursing (ASN) with the expectation to begin the path to BSN within 5 years of employment.
- Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing or the ability to obtain prior to start date.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and mutual respect.
