Responsibilities:
  • Provide home visiting services to first-time parents and their families, focusing on health, education, and support.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or an Associates degree in Nursing (ASN) with the expectation to begin the path to BSN within 5 years of employment.
  • Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing or the ability to obtain prior to start date.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and mutual respect.
