SBM Management is seeking a NetSuite Systems Administrator to enhance our operational capabilities. The individual in this role will collaborate across various departments to identify, design, and implement innovative solutions within our NetSuite environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data integrity and maintain a well-organized system.
  • Design and implement configurations and customizations in NetSuite to address business challenges and equip teams with necessary tools and insights.
  • Evaluate and deploy new features and processes, assist in onboarding new personnel, provide user training, and customize systems to support business growth.
  • Deliver ongoing technical support and system maintenance.
  • Create precise reports, searches, and KPIs as requested by users and management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, as well as the NetSuite data model.
  • Document NetSuite processes accurately.
  • Possess a solid understanding of managing NetSuite order flows.
  • Administer NetSuite for both internal staff and external partners.
  • Identify and resolve issues to streamline automation processes.
  • Keep NetSuite updated with the latest features.
  • Have a strong grasp of NetSuite workflows and scripting.
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation for our NetSuite implementation, including detailed records of existing and new customizations, scripts, workflows, and defined business processes.
  • Provide support and training across various departments confidently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Computer Science.
  • Over 5 years of experience with NetSuite.
  • Experience as the primary technical administrator for a major enterprise application (CRM, ERP, etc.) or equivalent technical role.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license may be required.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial modules within NetSuite.
  • Ability to apply strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to liaise with various departments and diverse business functions.

Compensation: $107,000 - $129,000 per year
