  • Experience with Public Sector projects is crucial.
  • Ability to articulate Oracle/NetSuite systems and business operations to various levels within client organizations, covering technical, functional, change management, project management, and operations management.
  • Experience in managing projects that involve third-party integrated systems.
  • Understanding of comprehensive project delivery methodologies, including stakeholder engagement and risk management.
  • Familiarity with change management principles.
  • Capability to excel in a dynamic environment with a diverse team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • PMP Certification is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in applying a full life cycle methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate cross-team challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
  • Experience in managing and collaborating with offshore teams for both functional and technical project tasks.
