Real Estate Asset Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a talented Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to join our team at Lighthouse Residential LLC. As a key player, you will drive business growth and contribute to our company's success.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and real estate expertise. You will be responsible for acquiring new leads, building rapport with prospects, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate acquisitions, a strong understanding of local market trends, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new leads through various channels and build relationships with potential clients.
- Qualify incoming leads, schedule appointments, and close deals.
- Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within our geographical area.
- Stay up-to-date with market research, comparable property values, and condition assessments.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, or Marketing (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales.
- Strong communication and phone skills, with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
