About the Role:

The Community Sales Manager position is ideal for individuals with 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry. A four-year degree in Sales or Marketing is preferred, but not required. You must have a valid driver's license and insurance for business travel. Fluency in English is essential, and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving sales targets by identifying and qualifying prospects
  • Preparing reports on competition, sales, and traffic
  • Staying up-to-date on community information and events
  • Maintaining excellent communication with buyers, employees, and vendors
  • Providing top-notch customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
