Description

Accountable for managing student enrollments in programs across multiple locations; guiding families through the admissions process; ensuring timely submission of necessary documentation; and liaising with evaluation coordinators.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure full program enrollment is maintained at all times during the academic year.
  • Implement strategies to support student admissions at Birch Family Services.
  • Communicate effectively with district administrators, parents, and evaluation coordinators.
  • Monitor student attendance, transportation arrangements, and IEP assessments.
  • Track and confirm the completion of progress reports.
  • Coordinate outreach initiatives and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Represent Birch Family Services at community events.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to motivate oneself and others.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma accepted with relevant experience in an educational setting.

Experience

Two to four years of applicable experience.

Computer Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
